Ham Gouda Sandwich

- 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
- 4 tsp Mayonnaise
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 12 oz Deli ham sliced thin
- 12 slices Tomato
- 4 oz Gouda cheese sliced
- 4 Pickles halved
- 2 oz Potato chips
Lightly toast the bread to a golden brown, but still somewhat soft.
Spread the mayo and mustard on each slice of bread, layer with lettuce, ham and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, then add the cheese.
Cut in half. Serve with pickles and chips.
