Ham Gouda Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
  • 4 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 12 oz Deli ham sliced thin
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 4 oz Gouda cheese sliced
  • 4 Pickles halved
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the bread to a golden brown, but still somewhat soft.
  • Spread the mayo and mustard on each slice of bread, layer with lettuce, ham and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, then add the cheese.
  • Cut in half. Serve with pickles and chips.
