Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Yellow mustard or more if needed
- 4 Croissant sandwich size (toasted)
- 2 cups Spring mix
- 12 oz Deli ham
- 8 slices Tomato
- 4 oz Comte cheese sliced
- 2 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- Spread the mustard on each half of the croissant and layer with spring mix, ham, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese.
- Cut in half and serve with chips.
