Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Yellow mustard or more if needed
  • 4 Croissant sandwich size (toasted)
  • 2 cups Spring mix
  • 12 oz Deli ham
  • 8 slices Tomato
  • 4 oz Comte cheese sliced
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Spread the mustard on each half of the croissant and layer with spring mix, ham, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese.
  • Cut in half and serve with chips.
