Ingredients
- 1 loaf French baguette halved
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 12 oz Deli black forest ham sliced thin
- 4 slices Pepper jack cheese cut in half
- 12 slices Tomato
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 4 Pickle spears
Instructions
- Warm the baguette in a 350 degree oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Spread the mayo and mustard onto both halves of the bread.
- Layer with spinach, ham, cheese, and tomato seasoned with salt and pepper. Cut into 5 to 6 inch portions and serve with chips and pickles.
