Ingredients
- 2 TBSP Butter softened
- 4 slices Sourdough bread
- 1 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
- 8 oz Deli ham
- 1/2 Apple cored and thinly sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Grapes
Sparkling Water
- 16 oz Sparkling water cold
Instructions
- Preheat a panini press.
- (Alternatively, you can use a grill pan or skillet if you don't have one.).
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and dijon mustard together. On the non-buttered side of the bread, spread the mixture on each slice.
- Layer the bread with ham, apple slices, and swiss cheese. Flip the remaining slices of bread butter side up on top to complete the sandwiches.
- Cook the sandwiches on the panini press, pressing down firmly for 5 seconds and leaving it to cook for approximately 3 minutes, or until golden brown on the outside and the cheese is melted on the inside.
- Cut in half and serve with grapes and sparkling water.
