Ham Apple Panini

Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP Butter softened
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 1 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
  • 8 oz Deli ham
  • 1/2 Apple cored and thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Grapes

Sparkling Water

  • 16 oz Sparkling water cold

Instructions

  • Preheat a panini press.
  • (Alternatively, you can use a grill pan or skillet if you don't have one.).
  • Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and dijon mustard together. On the non-buttered side of the bread, spread the mixture on each slice.
  • Layer the bread with ham, apple slices, and swiss cheese. Flip the remaining slices of bread butter side up on top to complete the sandwiches.
  • Cook the sandwiches on the panini press, pressing down firmly for 5 seconds and leaving it to cook for approximately 3 minutes, or until golden brown on the outside and the cheese is melted on the inside.
  • Cut in half and serve with grapes and sparkling water.
