Ingredients
- 2 Sub rolls split in half lengthwise
- 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil more if needed
- 1 TBSP Red wine vinegar more if needed
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp Dried basil
- 8 oz Deli ham
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into 3 inch-long sticks
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
Homemade Lemonade
- 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 16 oz Water
- 2 TBSP Sugar use to taste
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF (204°C). Open the bread and drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar onto both the top and bottom pieces. Sprinkle both sides with a pinch of dried oregano and a pinch of dried basil.
- Arrange ham onto the bottom half of the bread and then top with cheese. Place the top half of the bread on top of the cheese and place it on a baking sheet.
- Place into the oven to bake until the sandwich is warm and the cheese has completely melted, about 10 minutes.
- Mix all the ingredients for the lemonade. Serve over ice.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve hot.
- Enjoy your delicious hot ham and cheese grinder with carrots and ranch and lemonade.
