Ingredients

  • Nonstick spray
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 4 slices Fontina cheese halved
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • Fresh basil
  • 6 slices Deli turkey breast about 2oz per portion
  • 2 Pickle spears
  • 1 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Preheat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
  • Spread the mayo on all slices of bread.
  • Layer the bread with cheese, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, basil, turkey, and cheese on top.
  • Place the sandwich on the panini style grill and cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
    (Alternatively use a nonstick pan greased with nonstick spray cook the sandwich on both sides to golden brown covered with a lid to melt the cheese)
  • Cut the sandwich in half, serve with pickles and chips.
