Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
Mango Salsa
- 1/2 cup Mango peeled and diced
- 1 Avocado pitted and diced
- 2 tbsp Red onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/4 Jalapeño pepper seeds and ribs removed finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp Honey
Instructions
- In a bowl toss the shrimp with lemon juice, old bay, and olive oil. Season well with salt and pepper and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine the mango, avocado, onion, cilantro, and jalapeño. Stir in the lime juice, honey, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan on medium heat.
- Cook the shrimp for 2 - 3 minutes on each side or until an internal temperature of 120 degrees using a thermometer is reached.
- Serve with mango salsa.
