Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage link
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Sriracha sauce
- 4 Long rolls partially sliced longways
- 2 cups Sauerkraut more if desired
- 4 tbsp Yellow mustard or mustard of your choice
- 4 tbsp Relish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill on medium heat.
- Place the sausage on the grill. Get nice grill marks on each sides and cook to an internal temperature of 155 degrees using a thermometer.
- In a bowl mix together the mayo and sriracha.
- Scoop out a little of the inside of the roll if you desire it to be less doughy and cut the roll to fit the sausage if you desire less bread.
- Place the cooked sausage on the roll, top with sauerkraut, mustard, mayo sriracha mixture, and relish.
