Grilled Sausage Sandwich

- 1 lb Italian sausage link
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Sriracha sauce
- 4 Long rolls partially sliced longways
- 2 cups Sauerkraut more if desired
- 4 tbsp Yellow mustard or mustard of your choice
- 4 tbsp Relish
Preheat the grill on medium heat.
Place the sausage on the grill. Get nice grill marks on each sides and cook to an internal temperature of 155 degrees using a thermometer.
In a bowl mix together the mayo and sriracha.
Scoop out a little of the inside of the roll if you desire it to be less doughy and cut the roll to fit the sausage if you desire less bread.
Place the cooked sausage on the roll, top with sauerkraut, mustard, mayo sriracha mixture, and relish.
