Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 8 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil

Seasoning

  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Other Ingredients

  • 2 large Tortilla wraps
  • 3 TBSP Mayonnaise use preferred amount
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/4 cup Onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup Tomato diced
  • 1/2 cup Roasted red peppers chopped
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • In a bowl, mix the oil, garlic powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Coat the chicken in the mixture. Set aside.
  • Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken on both sides to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) using a thermometer. Then remove from the heat and set aside.
  • Spread the mayo onto the wrap. Layer with lettuce, onion, tomatoes, roasted pepper, and chicken. Fold in the ends and roll up tight.
  • Cut in half and serve with chips, pickle, and sparkling water.
