In a bowl, mix the oil, garlic powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Coat the chicken in the mixture. Set aside.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken on both sides to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) using a thermometer. Then remove from the heat and set aside.
Spread the mayo onto the wrap. Layer with lettuce, onion, tomatoes, roasted pepper, and chicken. Fold in the ends and roll up tight.
Cut in half and serve with chips, pickle, and sparkling water.
