Ingredients
- Nonstick spray
- 2 slices Cheddar cheese halved
- 4 slices Deli ham
- 4 slices Sourdough bread
- 1 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Instructions
- Heat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
- Layer the cheese and ham on the bread.
- Cook the sandwich until golden brown and the cheese has melted. (Alternatively cook in a nonstick pan on medium heat, greased with nonstick spray as needed).
- Serve with chips and pickle. Use ketchup or mustard or your favorite condiment for dipping if desired.
