Grilled Cheese and Ham

Ingredients

  • Nonstick spray
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese halved
  • 4 slices Deli ham
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 1 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Heat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
  • Layer the cheese and ham on the bread.
  • Cook the sandwich until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
    (Alternatively cook in a nonstick pan on medium heat, greased with nonstick spray as needed).
  • Serve with chips and pickle. Use ketchup or mustard or your favorite condiment for dipping if desired.
