Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Green beans ends trimmed
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Grape tomatoes cut in half

Instructions

  • Place green beans in a saucepan and cover with water. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer until the green beans are tender, about 3 - 4 minutes. Drain off the water and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Saute the garlic for 1 - 2 minutes until it starts to turn golden brown. Add the tomatoes and green beans; saute until the tomatoes are soft.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
