Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Orzo pasta
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic grated
  • 1 tsp Fresh thyme minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chives minced

Instructions

  • Rinse orzo under cold water until water runs clear.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the broth to a boil. Cook the orzo according to the direction on the package. Drain any excess broth if needed.
  • Stir in the oil, garlic, thyme, and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
