Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Orzo pasta
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic grated
- 1 tsp Fresh thyme minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh chives minced
Instructions
- Rinse orzo under cold water until water runs clear.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the broth to a boil. Cook the orzo according to the direction on the package. Drain any excess broth if needed.
- Stir in the oil, garlic, thyme, and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
