Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Quick oats
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 large Egg lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Butter melted
  • 1/2 cup Granny Smith apple peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Peaches peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • Nonstick spray

Coffee

  • Coffee
  • Sugar choice of sweetener
  • Heavy cream choice of creamer

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In a large bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In another bowl combine eggs, milk, and butter; then stir into the dry ingredients. Stir in apple, peaches, and blueberries.
  • Grease an 8x8 square baking dish (or appropriately sized vessel) with nonstick spray. Pour the batter into the baking dish. Bake, uncovered, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 30-40 minutes. Cut into squares.
  • Prepare the coffee to your liking.
