Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Plain bagel cut in half and lightly toasted (bagel of your choice)
  • 2 TBSP Whipped cream cheese or more if needed

Orange Juice

  • 16 oz Orange juice cold

Instructions

  • Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. Once hot, add the oil. Cook until egg whites start to become firm, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water, and cover with a lid to help firm the whites up. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
  • Toast the bagel. Then spread the cream cheese onto both halves of the bagel.
  • Serve the eggs with bagel and orange juice.
