Ingredients
- 1 tsp Butter melted
- 4 tbsp Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 Strawberries sliced
- 1 tbsp Blueberries
Instructions
- Mix the butter and graham cracker crumbs until fully combined then press into the bottom of a small ramekin or portion cup.
- Beat the cream, mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form using an electric mixer (preferred) or by hand using a whisk.
- Spoon the filling over the graham cracker crust. Top with strawberries and blueberries. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
