Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Butter melted
  • 4 tbsp Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 Strawberries sliced
  • 1 tbsp Blueberries

Instructions

  • Mix the butter and graham cracker crumbs until fully combined then press into the bottom of a small ramekin or portion cup.
  • Beat the cream, mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form using an electric mixer (preferred) or by hand using a whisk.
  • Spoon the filling over the graham cracker crust. Top with strawberries and blueberries. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
