Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 2 Banana sliced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Chocolate ice cream

Instructions

  • Using an electric mixer or by hand, whisk the cream and vanilla into a stiff whipped cream texture.
  • In a bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Toss the banana in the sugar and cinnamon.
  • In a nonstick pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted and hot, add the banana slices. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  • Spoon the whipped cream over sliced bananas and serve with chocolate ice cream.
