Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 2 Banana sliced
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Chocolate ice cream
Instructions
- Using an electric mixer or by hand, whisk the cream and vanilla into a stiff whipped cream texture.
- In a nonstick pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted and hot, add the banana slices. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- Spoon the whipped cream over sliced bananas and serve with chocolate ice cream.
