Instructions
Using an electric mixer or by hand, whisk the cream and vanilla into a stiff whipped cream texture.
In a
bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Toss the banana in the sugar and cinnamon.
In a nonstick pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted and hot, add the banana slices. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Spoon the whipped cream over sliced bananas and serve with chocolate ice cream.
