Ingredients
- 1/2 loaf French bread split in half lengthwise
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1/2 cup Crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 8 oz Pepperoni sliced
- 2 tbsp Fresh basil chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine tomato, garlic, basil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Spread tomato on insides of French or Italian bread, top with cheese and slices of pepperoni (or your favorite toppings)
- Bake about 10 minutes on baking sheet or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
