Ingredients
Salad
Dressing:
- 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
 - 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
 - 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
 - 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
 - 1/2 tsp Sugar
 
Pizza Parlor Salad:
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
 - 1/2 Tomato into wedges
 - 1/4 cup Red onion thinly sliced
 - 1/4 cup Black olives pitted
 - 2 TBSP Banana peppers sliced
 
Pizza
- 1/2 loaf French bread cut into 6 inch sections per portion then sliced in half horizontally
 - Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
 - 1 cup Marinara sauce
 - 1 - 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded, use amount needed for good coverage
 - 10 to 15 slices Pepperoni use as needed
 - 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
 
Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
 
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
 - Make the salad: Add the romaine lettuce to a large bowl. Top with tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and banana peppers.
 - Make the vinaigrette: whisk the oil, vinegar, oregano, Italian seasoning, sugar, and some salt and pepper in a bowl until fully combined. Set aside.
 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
 - Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
 - Place the baguette onto a baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Lightly toast the bread to golden brown. Then remove from the oven.
 - Spread a layer of sauce as needed onto the bread, covering it well. Evenly distribute the cheese and pepperoni over top. Sprinkle with oregano.
 - Place on a foiled-lined baking sheet and cook in the oven until golden brown and bubbly.
 - Dress the salad.
 - Serve the pizza bread with salad and sparkling water.
