Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Fire roasted tomatoes diced
- 1 tbsp Red onion minced
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- 1 tsp Fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/4 tsp Lime juice to taste
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 oz Tortilla chips
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except chips) and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside for the flavors to combine until ready to serve.
- Serve with chips.
