Fire Roasted Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Fire roasted tomatoes diced
  • 1 tbsp Red onion minced
  • 1 clove Garlic grated
  • 1 tsp Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Lime juice to taste
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 oz Tortilla chips

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except chips) and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside for the flavors to combine until ready to serve.
  • Serve with chips.
