Ingredients

  • 2 slices Feta cheese about 1/2 ounce per slice (block feta not crumbled)
  • 4 slices Beefsteak Tomatoes about 1/2 inch thick per slice
  • 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh oregano chopped

Instructions

  • Serve the slice of feta with tomatoes, drizzled with olive oil, and lightly season with fresh cracked pepper. Season the tomatoes with salt. Garnish with oregano.
