Ingredients
Green Juice Smoothie:
- 4 stalks Celery
- 1 Cucumber ends cut off
- 2 Granny Smith apple cored
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger grated
- 4 oz Water
- 1 cup Baby spinach
- 12 Fresh mint leaves
Eggs:
- 1 TBSP Butter
- 4 Eggs
- Salt
- Black pepper
Buttered Toast:
- 2 slices Your choice of bread
- 4 tsp Butter
Instructions
- Add celery, cucumber, apple, ginger and water into your blender, then pulse until liquefied. Add the spinach and mint leaves and pulse until liquefied.
- Add butter to a non-stick pan over medium heat, crack eggs in the pan and cook until the whites are firm. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toast bread and add butter.
- Serve smoothie with eggs and toast.
