Ingredients
- 3/4 pound Ground beef
- 1 packet Taco seasoning or make your own (below)
- 8 Taco shells
- 2 oz Mexican cheese blend Shredded
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
- 1 Tomato diced
- 4 tsp Sour cream
Instructions
- In a nonstick pan on medium heat brown the beef, using a spatula to break it into smaller pieces. Once the beef is partially browned add the taco seasoning and a 1/4 cup of water and cook until the beef is no longer pink. Then remove from heat.
- Meanwhile, warm the taco shells as directed on the package.
- Spoon the ground beef into the taco shells, top with cheese. Serve wit lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.

Make your own Taco Seasoning - Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
