Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • pinch Kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup Butter softened
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt

Topping

  • 2 tbsp Whipped cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 2 Strawberries sliced
  • 1 Kiwi sliced and quartered

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • Whisk the butter in a bowl until it is creamy. Add the sugar and mix together until creamy and smooth using either an electric mixer or by hand.
  • Add the yogurt and vanilla, then whisk until thoroughly combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture until combined.
  • Form the dough into small balls. Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Evenly spaced apart.
  • Bake cookies for 8-12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before icing.
  • In a bowl whisk the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Spread onto the cookies and top with strawberry and kiwi.
