Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Orange peeled and cut into small bite sized pieces
- 1/4 cup Grapefruit peeled and cut into small bite sized pieces
- 1/2 Avocados diced
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Jalapeño pepper minced
- 2 tsp Red onion minced
- 1/2 tsp Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic grated
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- 1/2 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped, plus more for garnish
- 1 oz Tortilla chips
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Serve with chips. Garnish with cilantro.
