Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Orange peeled and cut into small bite sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup Grapefruit peeled and cut into small bite sized pieces
  • 1/2 Avocados diced
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Jalapeño pepper minced
  • 2 tsp Red onion minced
  • 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic grated
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped, plus more for garnish
  • 1 oz Tortilla chips

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Serve with chips. Garnish with cilantro.
