Ingredients

  • 2 Pears peeled and chopped (ripened)
  • pinch Ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 4 tbsp Protein powder vanilla
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon plus more for garnish

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth. Adjust any of the spices to taste as needed. Garnish with cinnamon.
