Ingredients
- 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup Onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic sliced
- 12 oz Ground beef
- 1 tbsp Steak seasoning montreal steak seasoning or comparable brand
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Horseradish use more to taste if desired
- 1 cup Crumbled blue cheese
- 2 cups Spring mix
- 8 slices Tomato
- 4 large Tortilla wraps
- Nonstick spray
- 4 Pickle spears
- 2 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- Heat a panini style grill.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the oil and onions. Sauté until soft, then add in the garlic and saute until golden brown. Crumbled in the beef and steak seasoning; sauté while crumbling the meat until nicely browned; season with salt or more steak seasoning to taste. Drain excess grease.
- In a bowl mix together the mayo, horseradish, and blue cheese. Then spread onto the wrap. Layer with spring mix, beef mixture, and tomato seasoned with salt. Fold in the ends and roll up tight.
- Lightly grease the panini grill with non-stick spray. Cook until golden brown. (can also use a non-stick pan over medium heat with a small amount of oil or leftover grease from the beef)
- Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
