Ingredients
- 6 cups Romaine lettuce chopped into small pieces
- 1/3 cup Cucumber Finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Grape tomatoes finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Black olives finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Banana peppers finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Carrots peeled and finely chopped
- 4 slices Crusty bread toasted
Dressing
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 4 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp Dried basil
Instructions
- Lay down the romaine and place chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, banana peppers, and carrots on top.
- Whisk together all of the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and serve with bread.
