Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Chickpeas Drained and rinsed
  • pinch Dried oregano
  • 1/2 tbsp Celery diced small
  • 1 tbsp Kalamata olives chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Red bell pepper diced small
  • 1 cloves Garlic grated
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
