Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground chicken
- 1 packet Taco seasoning or make your own (see notes below)
- 8 Taco shells
- 4 oz Mexican cheese blend Shredded
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
- 1 Tomato diced
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
Instructions
- In a nonstick pan over medium heat cook the ground chicken with the taco seasoning, breaking it up into smaller pieces.
- Spoon the seasoned chicken into the taco shells and layer with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
Notes
Make your own Taco Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
