Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground chicken
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning or make your own (see notes below)
  • 8 Taco shells
  • 4 oz Mexican cheese blend Shredded
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • 4 tbsp Sour cream

Instructions

  • In a nonstick pan over medium heat cook the ground chicken with the taco seasoning, breaking it up into smaller pieces.
  • Spoon the seasoned chicken into the taco shells and layer with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.

Notes

Make your own Taco Seasoning 
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
