Ingredients
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Carrots diced
- 1/4 cup Onion diced
- 1/4 cup Celery diced
- 1 Chicken breast boneless skinless
- 8 Crackers your choice
Instructions
- In a large stockpot, bring the chicken stock to a boil. Dice chicken into bite size pieces and add to the broth then lower to a simmer.
- Add the noodles to the pot with the onion, carrot and celery to the chicken stock and cook until al dente, 5 to 8 minutes. When pasta is fully cooked serve.
