Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Carrots diced
  • 1/4 cup Onion diced
  • 1/4 cup Celery diced
  • 1 Chicken breast boneless skinless
  • 8 Crackers your choice

Instructions

  • In a large stockpot, bring the chicken stock to a boil. Dice chicken into bite size pieces and add to the broth then lower to a simmer.
  • Add the noodles to the pot with the onion, carrot and celery to the chicken stock and cook until al dente, 5 to 8 minutes. When pasta is fully cooked serve.
