- 6 inch wooden skewers
Ingredients
- 1 pound Chicken breast boneless skinless
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup Reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Scallions chopped
Instructions
- Slice the chicken into 1/2 inch thick long strips. Toss them in a bowl with all ingredients, and season with salt and pepper. Marinate for 20 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
- Serve over salad (see recipe).
Notes
Steak Internal Temperatures:
- Rare: 115 - 120 degrees F
- Medium Rare: 125 - 130 degrees F
- Medium: 135 - 140 degrees F
- Medium Well: 145 - 150 degrees F
- Well Done: 160 degrees F
