Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground chicken
- 2 tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning or your preference of chicken seasoning spices
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices Smoked gouda cheese
- 4 Pretzel roll lightly toasted
- 8 leaves Lettuce iceberg or romaine
- 8 slices Tomato
- 4 Pickle spears
- 4 oz Potato chips
Sauce
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Chipotle Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Preheat the oven broiler on low.
- Mix together the ground chicken, chicken seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Season generously with salt and pepper, and form into patties. Cook burgers to an internal temperature of 155 degrees using a thermometer. When the burger is most of the way cooked, add the cheese and place under the oven broiler to melt.
- In a bowl mix together all the ingredients for the sauce until well combined.
- Lightly toast the rolls. Spread the sauce onto both halves of the roll. Place the burger on the bun with lettuce and tomato. Serve with pickles and chips.
