Chicken Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning or your preference of chicken seasoning spices
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 slices Smoked gouda cheese
  • 4 Pretzel roll lightly toasted
  • 8 leaves Lettuce iceberg or romaine
  • 8 slices Tomato
  • 4 Pickle spears
  • 4 oz Potato chips

Sauce

  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Chipotle Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Lime juice

Instructions

  • Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Preheat the oven broiler on low.
  • Mix together the ground chicken, chicken seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Season generously with salt and pepper, and form into patties. Cook burgers to an internal temperature of 155 degrees using a thermometer. When the burger is most of the way cooked, add the cheese and place under the oven broiler to melt.
  • In a bowl mix together all the ingredients for the sauce until well combined.
  • Lightly toast the rolls. Spread the sauce onto both halves of the roll. Place the burger on the bun with lettuce and tomato. Serve with pickles and chips.
