Ingredients
Wrap
- 4 slices Tomato
- 1/3 cup Red onion sliced thin
- 10 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless
- 4 slices Bacon
- 2 xtra large Tortilla wraps
- 4 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Baby spinach
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F (177°C).
- Prep vegetables per instructions above.
- Season the chicken well on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Lay the bacon into a skillet over medium heat. Cook on both sides until crispy and golden brown. Set aside on paper towels to drain any excess grease.
- Add the chicken to the skillet. Brown the chicken on both sides, then transfer to the oven and bake to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) using a thermometer. Once cooked, set aside for 3 to 5 minutes to cool.
- Assemble the wrap: Slice the chicken thin. Lay the tortillas on a flat surface and spread with mayo, layer with cheese, spinach, tomato, onion, bacon, and chicken. Fold in the ends and roll up tightly.
- Serve: Cut wrap in half. Enjoy with chips, pickle, and sparkling water.
