Ingredients

  • 3 Flour tortillas 10 inch
  • 3 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 cups mexcian blend cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Sizzle 1 tablespoon of the oil in a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lay a flour tortilla in the skillet. Then build the quesadillas by laying cheese on the bottom tortilla, and folding it in half. Use a lid.
  • When the tortilla is golden on the first side, carefully flip the quesadilla to the other side. Continue cooking until the second side is golden. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
