Ingredients
- 6 oz Deli turkey breast diced
- 6 Eggs
- 3 oz american cheese chopped
- 2 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil
- 4.5 oz Grapes halved
- 1.5 cup yogurt
Instructions
- Saute diced turkey in a large, non-stick pan over medium-high heat for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Pour scrambled eggs into the skillet, season with salt and pepper. Mix in chopped american cheese and cook moving eggs around the pan until they are no longer runny. Serve with grapes and yogurt on the side.
