- 4 cups Butternut Squash peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Place all the ingredients into a baking dish. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Roast in the oven until the squash is tender, tossing occasionally, about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Season with salt if needed before serving.
