Candied Butternut Squash

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Butternut Squash peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  • Place all the ingredients into a baking dish. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Roast in the oven until the squash is tender, tossing occasionally, about 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Season with salt if needed before serving.
