Ingredients
- 2 cups Butternut Squash peeled, seeded, and cut into small bite sized cubes
- 1 Tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Green Peas
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Toss butternut squash with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven until the squash is tender and lightly browned, about 20 to 30 minutes. Toss in the peas and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste if needed.
